This guy (I'll add his name later) is making holonomic drive robots.	Doing a demo of one of the robots.	This one is using R/C servos as motors and they are driving right angle drill adapters.	Overall view.

Lewis Dickson has a Parallax Propellor board connected to an LCD monitor and some speakers.	Close up view.	Bill Arden made a prototype robot from Erector Set parts.	He wants to build a real version of this to move his junk around.
Here he has a cable winch attached to the front.	Close up.	This looks like a forklift type lifting mechanism. It would be mounted vertically on the front of the robot.	The robot and the big lift assembly. Notice how the winch assembly on the robot folds down so he can transport it.
